Second Monday has added a Friday problem to its paid office experience after several customers finished their five-day inbox by Thursday lunchtime.

For prices starting at €190 a week, customers get a physical desk, colleagues and ordinary office rituals. They answer messages without AI help. Nothing outside the office depends on getting them done.

The extra problem arrives after the final meeting. Customers can solve it, leave it for another week or spend a long time discussing it with a colleague.

Longhand supplies the writing and Human Reserve supplies the reception staff. Second Monday said both would remain human, as customers had paid for that part of the experience.

One customer in the accounts week stayed late voluntarily. The company thanked her and confirmed it could not prevent this feeling from occurring.
