The sample can still arrive separately.
We receive up to six ordinary, non-hazardous material samples in one intake. Each should fit inside a 30 × 30 × 10 cm parcel and weigh no more than 2 kg. Packaging, sender reference and visible condition are recorded before opening.
A package is opened only with a named permission. Liquids, biological material, loose batteries and controlled goods need a specialist route; they cannot be made ordinary by calling them samples.

Describe handling, surface and visible variation under ordinary desk light. We do not infer certification, chemical composition or suitability from appearance.
A named carrier and recipient are agreed separately. The desk can hold the closed package while a return route is chosen.
Four to six samples require two intake groups. The comparison charge is once per intake, across its agreed samples. Reference prices cover ordinary handling and up to seven calendar days at the desk; longer holding requires agreement.
An estimate creates no purchasing authority. Procurement decisions stay with the commissioning party.
Describe the sample instead of selecting a purchasing outcome. “Read the label” and “open the package” are different permissions.
Receipt records an agreed act after it happens. Touchstone handles a separate material provenance review. Last Mile can carry an object after its route is agreed.
Private conversation and comparison notes are excluded from the public completion record unless their release has been agreed separately.
