The listed local reference covers one parcel up to 5 kg, step-free access, one named responsible recipient and a 20-minute task window. Collection point and handover point must both be confirmed within the local service area.
Extra agreed waiting after the included window is €0.60 per minute for this task. More parcels, heavier objects, stairs, specialist handling or a route outside the local area need a separate quote.

A separately commissioned basic completion record at Receipt is 12 CC for this one handover. It is issued only after the agreed act. At the held reference of 1 CC = €0.084, the gross euro equivalent is €1.008 before cent rounding.
Milan with five extra agreed minutes is €21.00 for the handover. With a separate 12 CC record, the combined reference equivalent is €22.01. The euro charge and CC record remain separate items.
Name the permission.
The commissioning party names the permitted act and the person entitled to receive the object. Delivery does not settle a sale, change title, certify the contents or authorise a freight release.
